The pomegranate peel clarifies the throat and voice

Michał’s photo on Pixabay.    Pomegranate peels’ infusion is an ally for those days when the throat wakes up unbalanced.

Pomegranate (Punica granatum)

Properties:

Astringent, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, diuretic, expectorant …

Infusion:

Start by putting a dessert spoon of dried pomegranate peels for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to prepare an infusion).

Application:

  • Colic,
  • flu,
  • sore throat,
  • roundworms,
  • worms…

Contraindication:

Pregnant women, while breastfeeding. Each body is different, so be aware of the incompatibilities, total or momentary, generated by its ingestion.
