Start by putting a teaspoon of dried Orange Blossom for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover for 15 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to prepare an infusion).
