Pennyroyal slows nausea and nervous breakdowns

Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium)

Properties:

Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, soothing, healing, detoxifying, purifying, expectorant…

Infusion:

Start by putting a teaspoon of dried Pennyroyal, or five green leaves, for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add water heated to 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 15 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

  • nervous system crisis,
  • diabetes,

Contraindication:

Pregnancy (possibility of abortion), breastfeeding, children under 6 or people with kidney problems. Each body is different, it is, therefore, important to be aware of any incompatibility, total or momentary, generated by its ingestion…
