Garlic (Alium sativum)
Properties:
Cleansing, expectorant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, deworming, antioxidant…
Infusion:
Start by soaking a cut clove of garlic for a few minutes in a little cold water in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover it for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here for an infusion).
Application:

- high cholesterol levels,
- gastrointestinal imbalances,
- liver detoxification,
- teeth or ears pain,
- flu,
- hypertension,
- infections,
- insect bites…
Contraindication:
Newborns and breastfeeding women. People with stomach problems and ulcers should also take it with caution and at very moderate doses. In addition, each body is different, be aware of any total or momentary incompatibilities generated due to its consumption.
