White Hawthorn regulates the cardiovascular system

White Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna ou Crataegus Oxyacanth)

Properties:

Astringent, antispasmodic, soothing, diuretic, hypotensive, feverish…

Infusion:

Start by putting a teaspoon of dry White Hawthorn for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add water heated to 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Contraindication:
