Flax seeds protect against cholesterol and diabetes

Flax seeds (Linum usitatissimun)

Properties:

Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, detoxifier, laxative …

Infusion:

Start by putting a teaspoon of flax seeds for 20 minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to prepare an infusion).

Application:

  • Arteriosclerosis,
  • cholesterol,
  • diabetes,
  • metabolic disorders,
  • weightloss,
  • pre-menopausal,
  • prevents prostate, colon and breast cancer,
  • constipation,
  • protects the cardiovascular system…

Contraindication:

Pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under the age of six and people with systemic scleroderma, as they can cause allergies when taken with medication. Each body is different, so be aware of any total or momentary incompatibility generated by its consumption.
