Lavender to soothe the nerves

Lavender (Lavandula Officinalis)

Properties:

Antiseptic, analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, healing, soothing, purifying, relaxing …

Infusion:

Start by soaking a teaspoon of dried lavender for a few minutes in a little cold water in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover it for 10 minutes. When it is cold, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Contraindication:
