The integral salt is washed and dissolved at high temperatures under controlled pressure in industrial facilities. The so-called refining removes 82 of the 84 natural nutrients that the salt has in its natural state, for example, nutrients such as iodine, sulfur, bromine, magnesium, calcium, among others, disappear. Only sodium and chlorine remain high in percentage which is often handled.
First, the salt is depleted, with companies generating high profits from the commercialization of the nutrients removed, and then artificial additives such as iodides, chlorides, among others, are introduced artificially because they are required by food authorities to prevent diseases such as goiter, cavities, among others.
The addition of these chemicals is made at high temperatures to bleach it, which then gives rise to the white, thick or thin, attractive salt that is usually put on our table.
However, experts are unanimous in stating that the consumption of refined salt is poison, as it can cause hypertension, edema, eclampsia, cerebral arteriosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, kidney stones, bladder stones, gallstones, thyroid hypoplasia or parathyroid tumors and degenerative diseases, among others.
