Eucalyptus (Erythanea Centaurium)
Astringent, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, expectorant, bactericide and decongestant…
Start by putting a teaspoon of Eucalyptus leaves for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to prepare an infusion).
