Common Rue helps to regulate menstrual cycles

Common Rue (Ruta graveolens

Properties:

Anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic and stimulating, carminative, soothing, antipyretic, vermifuge, emetic, emmenagogue, expectorant …

Infusion:

Start by soaking two teaspoons of Common Rue for a few minutes in cold water in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (that is when the water begins to boil) and cover it for 10 minutes. When it is cold, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Application:

  • colic,
  • deworming,
  • flatulence,
  • lice,
  • lowers blood pressure,
  • regulates menstrual cycles,
  • varicose veins…

Contraindication:

During pregnancy (it is an abortive plant), all people with hepatic or renal imbalance, children under 6 years. In addition, each body is different, be aware of any total or momentary incompatibilities generated due to its consumption.
