Natural lemon
Lemon consumption should be made shortly after it has been opened to take full advantage of its potential properties. You should not use a cutted lemon one or two hours earlier because it loses properties and absorbs everything that surrounds it, such as bacteria or unbalanced energies.
Lemon Juice

Lemon juice prevents oxidation of food. For example, in a fruit salad, adding lemon juice and a few slices prevents fruits such as banana, apple or avocado from oxidizing and getting that brownish color.
