Damask Rose is a bush that resembles rosebushes. It is found in Syria, Turkey, Bulgaria, Morocco, Russia, in sandy or rocky soils. Queen of flowers, the rose is the embodiment of perfection and beauty. Emits a full and harmonious fragrance. Since ancient times, the Damask Rose has been known for its bewitching fragrance, which personifies beauty and perfection. The rose harvest must be done manually according to ancestral wisdom. At the height of the season, between May and June, the pickers get up at dawn: the flower must be picked between five and nine in the morning before the heat makes its delicate essence disappear. It is then distilled within 24 hours so as not to lose its fragrance. The low yield of this flower in essential oil is reserved for more noble uses, generally in cosmetics or in synergy with other oils.

The Hydrosols and Floral Waters manufactured by Essenciagua are organic, 100% pure, and natural. Their production is carried out in France, from fresh plants from organic farming, duly certified, and the distillation process is carried out according to an artisanal method, slowly, at low vapor pressure, and at reduced temperature. This makes it possible to find the water of the plant or the flower in the hydrosol and thus ensure both the properties are faithful to the plant and allowing the long natural conservation of the extract. These preservations, rich in water-soluble active ingredients and aromatic molecules, are also ensured by a plant/hydrosol ratio of 1/1, which means that it took 250 grams of fresh plants to produce a 250 ml bottle of hydrosol. Essenciagua hydrosols are packaged in PET bottles, without phthalates or bisphenols. These bottles are recyclable, impact-resistant, UV resistant, and impermeable to aromatic molecules. The fitted, non-unscrewing caps guarantee better conservation and that the packaging has not been opened since its packaging.
