Olive Leaf (Olea Europea)
Properties:

Infusion:
Start by putting two teaspoons of dried Olive leaves, for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add water heated to 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Contraindication:
