Infusion:

Begin by dipping a teaspoon of dry Borututu for a few minutes in a little cold water in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover it for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here for an infusion).

Application:  

  • Spleen,
  • cholesterol,
  • eliminate fat,
  • stomach,
  • liver,
  • gastroenteritis,
  • poor digestion,
  • purify the blood,
  • kidneys,
  • gallbladder.

Contraindication:

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and for all those who are hypersensitive. In addition, each body is different, be aware of any total or momentary incompatibilities generated due to its consumption.
