Althaea helps to overcome sore throats

Althaea (Altheia Officinalis)

Infusion:

Start by soaking two teaspoons of dried Althaea for a few minutes in a little cold water in a cup. Then add hot water at 90°C (when the water begins to boil) and cover it for 10 minutes. When it has cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Contraindication:
