Vegetable milkshakes

For many Human Beings, their nutrition option in their daily routine are milkshakes, where milk is the base of their essence. Of course, but the milk should be from seeds or certain organic and biological grains, such as canary grass, sesame, sunflower, rice, among many others, and not animal milk.
Why would you drink milk from another animal, which is not from your mother, when animals do not?
Why do you still drink milk from an animal as an adult?

Are you aware of the consequences for your health about pasteurized and homogenized milk?
Do calcium and other nutrients that animal milk provide, originate from a vegetable diet or come from feeds, many of them genetically altered?
The controversy is vast and the polemic too, but the most important thing is the awareness that a Nutrition of Light should be made based on ingredients that have the energy of the three elements of life. These ingredients must be organic, biological and fresh.
So here are three examples of milkshakes to awaken a new consciousness in itself.

Canary grass and banana milkshake

RitaE’s photo in Pixabay.      The banana must be cut into pieces, and in the summer if it is iced, it makes the milkshake tastier.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teacups of canary grass seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of organic cacao
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon or vanilla

Start by soaking, the night before, the seeds of canary grass and linseed in separate bowls. Then just put the seeds with a little cold water in the blender or in the slow juicer to make the milk. Strain it, and then put it back in the blender with the banana already cut, preferably in the fridge during the summer, and add the cocoa and a little cinnamon. The result is a creamy and tasty milkshake. Enjoy it.

Buckwheat and fruit milkshake

Nechaev’s photo, by Михаил Нечаев, in Pixabay.     Buckwheat seeds must be soaked before preparing milkshake.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of buckwheat semolina
  • 1 ripe fresh banana or alternatively a mango
  • 100 g of blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 75 ml of organic rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or alternatively date syrup
  • 2 mint leaves

Buckwheat and chia seeds must be soaked with water for a few hours to moisturize. Then they must be removed from the water and put into the slow juicer or the blender, in which case 2 cups of water must be added. The milk generated must be strained so that you can then add the remaining ingredients to beat everything. Then just serve the milkshake or put it in the fridge if you want to drink it very cold.

Sweet and creamy milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 tablespoons of coconut milk or other vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Strawberries, bananas, and avocados must be cut into pieces to be better crushed by the slow juicer or the blender. Then add the coconut milk, the previously soaked chia seeds, and a little honey. The result is a creamy and tasty milkshake.
