Natural lemon

Lemon consumption should be made shortly after it has been opened to take full advantage of its potential properties. You should not use a cutted lemon one or two hours earlier because it loses properties and absorbs everything that surrounds it, such as bacteria or unbalanced energies.

Lemon Juice

Drinking pure lemon juice improves the body’s healing response to negative stresses, but care must be taken as it damages the enamel of the teeth and too much lemon juice, with or without sugar, reduces the calcium in the bones. The trick to not ruining the teeth enamel may be, for example, using a straw.
You can also use lemon juice to clean the eyes, although it burns a bit. Take a sterile pipette, remove a few drops of juice, just put a drop in each eye before sleep and massage the eyelid slowly. Your eyes will thank you.
