Juniper helps to recover from kidney failure

Juniper (Juniperus communis)

Properties:

Anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antispasmodic, astringent, digestive, purifying, diuretic, detoxifying, expectorant, fights free radicals…

Infusion:

Start by putting two teaspoons of dry Juniper, for a few minutes, in a little cold water, in a cup. Then add water heated to 90°C (when the water starts to boil) and cover for 10 minutes. Once cooled, it is ready to be consumed (see here how to make an infusion).

Application:

  • Acne and dandruff (infusion applied externally),
  • chronic bronchitis,
  • kidney stones,
  • sciatica,
  • gout,
  • high blood pressure,
  • renal failure,
  • poor digestion,
  • bad breath,
  • psoriasis,
  • reduction in gastric acidity,
  • regulates the menstrual cycle,
  • rheumatism…

Contraindication:

Pregnant, lactating women and anyone with inflamed kidneys. Each body is different, it is, therefore, important to be aware of any incompatibility, total or momentary, generated by its ingestion.
