This substance acts on our organism’s metabolism and reduces the absorption of fats, directs the calories to the parts of the body that they really need and still cuts the appetite.

This triple action that fights obesity is not yet fully scientifically proven, but according to experts, AHC causes the person to eat less, so there is less energy storage, which forces the body to resort to fat reserves to replenish the energy that it needs, thus leading to weight loss. In addition, it blocks the action of the enzyme responsible for the transformation of carbohydrates and sugars into fat, which are eliminated through urine and feces. The consumption of Garcinia also increases the sensation of well being and decreases appetite.

The jackpot still needs more in-depth studies to find out all the benefits and harms in our organism, partly because of Hollywood stars and their nutritionists, Garcinia cambogia, is becoming increasingly popular and streamlining the business of the large chemical industries that charge as never before.

Who should not consume it?

Garcinia cambogia consumption’s can be made naturally through fruit, tea or extract that is on the market in capsules. However, its consumption should be supervised by a specialist in nutrition and, in particular, should take into account contraindications:

  • should be avoided by pregnant women or while breastfeeding;
  • by diabetics;
  • Alzheimer’s patients;
  • or by those who already use other medications such as antidepressants;
  • attention, some people react badly to the consumption of Garcinia and have revealed headaches or stomachaches.

It is important to note that for the miracle of weight loss it is essential to follow a balanced and adequate diet for each Being, preferably based on 100% biological foods, in which there is a real reduction of fats and calories, besides a physical activity that stimulates the weight loss.

The lack of time, however, often leads us to appreciate the grave tone of appearance to the detriment of future health. Hence, the greater ease of consuming certain foods or supplements to reduce rapidly the weight, which often end up thinning only the wallet and debilitate health.
